Diesel cost index before VAT, taking into account various refuelling methods (pump and storage tank) and the partial refund of the French Excise Duty on Commercial Diesel (TICPE) / base 100 = December 2000.

The commercial diesel index includes the flat-rate partial refund of TICPE valid for each quarter, subject to confirmation by the Customs department for the current quarter.
